No lie, I tried to give them a second chance because this happened to me before. The wait is unbearably long for two onigiri and when I get home they have little to no meat at all and a whole bunch of fish flakes and seasoning. The place was completely empty which should have been a red flag and the food has no flavor.

I had a very disappointing experience at Koi in Bay Plaza Mall. The food was mediocre at best. The ramen was a very poor imitation of what ramen should be — honestly, instant ramen tastes better than what I was served here. After eating there, I actually felt sick for days, which made the experience even worse. The little train that delivers the food is a cool concept, but it looked like it really needed cleaning. If they are going to use something like that to bring dishes to the table, it should at least be properly maintained. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and unfortunately I would not return

Not coming here again. The whole place was so gross - we sat here for an hour and watched the same plates of sushi go around the belt the whole time. Service was fast but weirdly confrontational? Dust everywhere. Shortly after eating I got sick.

I went here for the first time to have lunch with my husband and daughter. The ambiance was nice, and the place was clean. The young lady that catered to us was very polite. I love how the food comes out on the revolving track. I would definitely go back. I honestly don't remember everything we ordered, but it was delicious. We had the bento box, wings, saski, sushi, and Japanese soda. We spent about $80-100. It was worth every penny.

March 1, 2025: Unfortunately, I was not happy with their service and food. The Ramen , Godzilla Roll, Calamari and chicken wings were the worse I had lately. The service was very poor, had to remind the waitress that one of our order for Romen were missing food which included egg. When we questioned our order they wanted to give after the fact. The calamari was rubbery and not tasty at all. The house special for wings were not tasty. To top it off did not realized an automatic gratuity, which it is illegal and must be used only for party of 6 or more and stated on menu, was added already given the fact I cash tipped, I had to circled the gratuity to show you how small it is on the receipt . I noticed when I was in the car it was added. According to my receipt the waitress taken care of our group was named Samantha. There were many customers who were there with limited help from the one waitress which is poor management. I definitely would not return. Food very expensive and not worth it at all. If I can give a zero I would.
